Aperol

Campari Group
An orange Italian bitter named after the French slang word for aperitif. Aperol has the same flavors as Campari with half the alcohol content. Flavors of Aperol come from rhubarb, gentian and cinchona. This results in a tart flavor on the tongue, herbal notes in the upper palate and an almost soapy bitter finish.

Saline
Saline is a great flavor booster. It can balance sweetness and bitterness, smoothing out a cocktail. It can also enhance citrus flavor and acidity without the need for more acid.

1 Tbsp (15g) Fine Sea Salt
Combine in a jar and shake vigorously. Once salt is dissolved, pour into a dropper bottle.

One Battle After Another
One Battle After Another barrels through a fractured America with the jittery energy of a revolution that never quite ended, centering on a burned-out ex-radical played by Leonardo DiCaprio who’s dragged back into conflict when his past resurfaces. Living off-grid with his daughter, he’s forced to confront the ghosts of a failed movement as old allies and enemies—including figures embodied by Sean Penn and Benicio del Toro—close in from all sides. The film spirals between anarchic action, dark comedy, and political satire, sketching a world where ideology has curdled but the fight refuses to die. As father and daughter navigate a landscape of surveillance, extremism, and buried truths, the story becomes as much about inheritance as it is about resistance. In classic Paul Thomas Anderson fashion, it lands somewhere between chaos and clarity—a sprawling, restless meditation on the idea that history doesn’t resolve, it just reloads.
